++++++++ This auction is for the “slot machine” shown in photo.

If you are looking to buy a Golden Nugget coin operated slot machine (one armed bandit) for your game room, do your homework first!!!!!!
Most, if not all, Golden Nugget slot machines that you will find for sale or auction are FAKES; they were never used in the Golden Nugget casino.
They may have some original Mills parts, but are often totally made up from reproduction parts.
They have NO VALUE as a vintage or collectible slot machine.
Beware: other "antique" slot machines, such as the Mills War Eagle, have also been reproduced and are being sold here and other sites deceptively as original machines.

This auction is for the “slot machine” shown in photo;
it has 2 slots;
it is an electrically operated machine made by Toastmaster.
It's old, but not that old.
It has never been in the Golden Nugget casino.

NO shipping; local pick up only.

I messaged the eBay member who posted this, and thanked him! Most "REAL" Mills Golden Nugget slot machines are reproductions and numerous ones are sold on eBay and Craigslist with the heading "antique, real, genuine, etc" when they are absolutely NOT. Some of the sellers (usually the private ones) don't know but many of them, along with antique dealers or auction-winners DO know the history of this machine. Plus many, if not most, just LOOK TOO NEW. The wood cabinets have no sign of wear; they lack the cash box locking plate; the handles are different, etc. I'm still learning a lot on these since I'm collecting more antique slots now.
