Here's what happens when I turn it on:

BV Cycles
Winner paid shows 21
Close door winner paid blanks for a few seconds, reels move very slightly then 21 reappears
Does that every time door closes
No lights inside door on optics (don't know if there should be)
Open door hit reset white button on coin acceptor doesn't do anything
Press reset button until numbers show 10 2, press spin reels button and bottom counter counter advances

Have you checked the 24VAC fuse to make sure it's good?

Your last picture shows 10 coins paid on a 2 coin bet? The Buttons are lit too? Can you show a picture of the door optics and wire colors.
Please remember to make a donation to NLG for mine/our help in repairing your machines problem.. Your donations help keep this site on line.
And remember...
If it's jammed, force it.. If it breaks, it needed to be replaced anyways...

I think that's from him pushing the test button. Last line.

Sorry for the late reply. Been busy with work and the holiday.

Everything seems to be powered. I'm not familiar with this machine so I'm not sure where the fuse would be. Can you point me in the right direction?

I have a 3902 with coin optics. Can I put that in this machine?

Open the door and look to the right of the hopper and you will see the fuses. I think the top fuse is the 24vac.
