Turn it on and use meter to check for 3 diff volts, I think it's 5v, 12v, 24v ( going off memory).  These machines ate power supplies.  Check all your fuses too of course, including the main one under the cage on your power supply.

Reread this, if only your light bulbs turn on, and not the button lights or no other sounds, it's most likely a fuse popped or PS is straight dead.  If PS, you can check for popped capacitors.  My cap repair job on old one didn't work, and I never found a used working one.  Had to make my own.

The light bulbs inside your sg50 are connected straight to wall outlet essentially, they don't use the Power Supply.  So don't assume you actually have power unless other things work, ie screen has power or boards inside (coin comparitor, etc) light up.

Go to Jameco Electronics and find a Meanwell replacement.
Let them that don't want any, have memories of not getting any.

I was looking at Jameco.com and found a power supply that I thought I needed when my machine was broken. Tested my power supply and had all the volts I needed, so there were other problems. I was going to use the RT-125D byMean Well. Covers 5,12 and 24 volts. Didn't need one, but that's the one I would select. And the price seemed real good. Shouldn't take much to rewire the new one...

I made my own by buying three different power supplies from China on eBay and wired them up. Worked out great.  And was cheaper
