igt s2000 call attendent keeps comming up

first says call attendant    then open door turn key and get message memory full   game data 0x803  then some critical data may be lost    then press the test switch 2-3 seconds  close main door     testing memory     then back to call attendant     please help I am lost on what to do next   it has a new battery     it has an enhanced board

First thing I would do is check the voltage on the coin cell cmos battery

You say its the enhanced board.. Do you still have the green varta battery installed?

Can you post a pic of your MPU Board.. Did you remove the Varta? If you did remove it, did you do the mod to the MPU board by removing U16?

What is the theme of the machine? What happened to make the machine fail? Was it while playing, when you turned it on, or something else.
