New Machine - need manual

I just bought an IGT slant top video machine.  I think it might be a Game King.  The model # is 96433300.  Cannot seem to find a manual online, any help would be appreciated.

It's an iGame+ (can also run gameking software).  3902 mpu.

any ideas on why the screen would look like this when I put in key 22?  I have verified all the pins are in and the half moon is lined up on the correct side.  I have removed the chip and put it back in and everything looks right.  At a loss.  Maybe I replaced the wrong chip??

Last time I had that screen it was a bad simm card. Try removing the simm cards and clean them by running a pencil eraser over the contacts. That has worked for me in the past.
