SYSTEM ERROR ON SB LOADING

on s2000 loading SB100061 with SG534 keep coming up with a system error  “BASE EPROM INVALID -0x5005” .....   per some one it goes to the SG363 try that then i get “Game Type Not Linked -0X305” so guessing first SB & SG combo is correct and data is bad? should i try other SB files? file
is labeled 1997.

Hi, it is a 5x 2c wof, these are 27c4002 SB chips, its just weird the file was titled that when i got it.... how can i use crc

SB Dip should be 27c4000's or 27c4096's.

SG534 should work. SG363 will not. SG370 should also work on a 50x MPU. All require single denom version chip VS011GX0 or jurisdiction equivalent. Multi denom version will not work. PSRs are available in the files section. I don't have SB100061 to verify the checksum but if everything else is correct it probably is a bad base chip. You can try another WOF stand alone base chip just to verify that.

Hello and thanks for the response, i tried GX0 and still get “base eprom invalid” system error with 534 SG, other wof base chip works no problem, do i need to clear if i am changing from VS1 to VS0, or SG?

No...the machine will tell you to either hit the test button for 3 seconds and close the door or just make you hit the button a few times or you'll be deaf from the honking error horn.
