Alpha Pro 2 V22/42 Error 137 loading Fault Manager Module

Hello!  I could use a hand.  I installed a new hard drive, OS_360A, with the intention of following with game software for Quick Hit Cash Spin.  After installing the OS, CPU was powered down, OS removed and game card installed, powered it on and after a few minutes received Error 137 loading Fault Manager Module, with the CPU beeping about every two minutes while powered on.  Card info - Install: 227207D, Bundle: 234533A, Game: 302741B  CPU 2.1, Video card: Quadro K2000  I do see the Bally screen after powering on, but once it progresses, the error is thrown.  Because I cannot get to the menus, I cannot perform a factory reset.  Any assistance that can be provided would be greatly appreciated!   I've attached pics of the error message, install screen, and cards.  Thanks!!!

After installing the OS, did you also install the game?

Rick - That's where the problem started.  After the the OS successfully installed, I powered it down, removed the OS card and replaced it with the game card, after powering back up, the error started.

That OS 360A may not support that game.  I thought it needed 361F minimum, or 362D.

OS/BIOS issue.  All back to normal now.  Thanks for the help guys!
