Yes, I can see what the message in the box is saying. I’m asking for help on how to do what the message is asking me to. I asked if anyone knows what steps to do next please help. I searched that specific message on google and YouTube and couldn’t find much help getting past this message. I’ll continue to dig and see what I can find.

If you have the clear card with the machine off, insert the clear card into the top slot of the CPU, turn the machine on, let it come up to the message asking you to turn the jackpot key.   Turn the key and it will clear the machine with final message asking you to press the white button on the CPU.  At that point you turn the machine off, remove the clear card and boot the machine back up until it you get to setting the machine up.  Press the white button on the CPU to get to the setup screen.

Awesome awesome awesome. Thank you very very much. I will update. The clear card is on the way and I will use it and set the machine back up. You guys are the best. I’ll post any more issues if I ran into them. This has been a huge help.

Thank you to everyone!! I got the clear card, cleared the machine and set it back up!! Thank for all the help!!! Now off to work on these 550 machines!!

Ok ran into a hiccup. Hope its a minor issue. So when I used the clear card on the other machines and powered then back on all I had to do was press the white test button on the CPU to get into the settings and set the machines back up. This last one is not letting me get back into the settings pressing the white test button. When I turn the key Im able to get into the blue menu but not the purple menu that used to set the machine up. Just flashing Call attendant and telling me nothing is set up which of course I know. If anyone knows how I can get to the set up machine to set the machine back up please let me know. No errors on the clear card process by the way

When you push the white test button does a horn sound come from the machine? If so the game hasn't completely loaded yet.

No sound at all. Another machine did that though and that’s when I learned it wasn’t completely loaded. No this one just doesn’t do anything when I press the button.

I'm newer to this platform so we'll let the experts answer. But during loading does it show at the bottom of the screen that is is loading the Fire Link software?

No it doesn’t. Fully loads up and says “Ram cleared and restart” at the bottom like they all did. The test button works tho bc after the clear process succeeds it says press test button to return to the menu. I push it and that’s when I power down and remove the clear card. Then it loads completely up but I can’t get into the setup menu.

So after the power up after the clear, does it show loading Fire Link at the bottom?

Yeah, it says the game is loading, initializing and then fully loads up. I can see the game in the background it’s just blank because I can’t get into the settings to set the game up.

You need to have the open door M to get into the setup menu.  If your main door is not opened, it's because there's probably a switch you need pull or something to get the door M switch to open.

Thanks for all the help again. Oddly enough this machine also didn't make the noise when you dropped down the metal door in front of the CPU. Low and behold covered with black tape was the switch that was stuck in by the black tape. Removed the tape and ding there's the noise and test button worked to set the machine up. Again thank you all. You all have been a great help.
