IGT Game King Questions

Hi everyone.  I recently picked this game king up from a collector and I was wondering if someone could tell me a little more about the machine.  It needed a monitor and I put a new one in on Friday.  So this is my first game king and the collector told me to come here to get some help with a set chip and instructions on how to install other games.  Ive been reading on here how the set chips work and the process but im not sure what board I have and it looks like its been changed before with the chips having different labels on them.  Thanks again for the help.

Ive been looking and im just not sure about the board.  The stickers on the chips look different and before I do anything I just want some advice on what I have for sure.

It looks like you have copied chips....that's no biggie...as long as they work okay.
Some casinos are allowed to make chips but must be approved by the gaming commission.
The game works fine tho?

Yes.  All the games that I have access to work great.  So what board number is it?  Ive been reading about all these boards and I just want to read up more on this one to learn more.

So does the glass description saying its triple play or five play match the board?  I dont see those games listed on the available games for this board.  Maybe its in the settings somewhere.  Thanks again for the help.

You have GK4.X software on your 3802 MPU.  That software does not have multi-hand poker games, but may have some games that are not enabled.  You need key 17 for that software set to make those kind of changes.

Will I need any other chips besides the 0017?  For maybe a low battery error/ram clear?  I saw in the classified ads about contacting  member RB for a chip.  Who do you guys suggest?

I have the chip ordered from RB.  Just wanted to thank everyone for helping me.  Can this machine be upgraded to play more games with a newer board?  And I was looking at glass.  Is this considered a 17 inch cabinet?

Yes it's a 17" cabinet.  Yes you can upgrade to a 3902 board or upgrade backplane and MPU to 044 platform.

Ok I thought that was what I was reading about the backplane.  So the backplane is hard to find?  Just trying to educate myself on this game.

I think the backplane in it now is OK for 3902.  You need a 044 backplane, MPU, and flashboard to upgrade to 044.  I have all 3 boards if interested in 044 platform.  Send me a PM.
