Newbie: Identifying specific model

I am super new to this, I have been looking for a slot for a while and this one needs some work but I couldn't pass it up. I have spent the last couple of days going over this forum trying to identify this based on the board or overall layout but its daunting. Can anyone help me out? I just need the model so I can browse the appropriate area a bit and educate myself.

That is a 3902 game king slant top cabinet missing the monitor and it has a s2000 top glass on it.  Looks like they tried to convert to s2000 slant top.  You should have passed on it.  :no:

lol I like the honesty. I actually have the touch screen, the panel looks like it was hit by a hammer but I have another one on its way. What's wrong with it that you would've passed?

I just wanted to come back and thank @sixcardmark, identifying the weirdness and getting me over to the right place withing 10 minutes I found answers to all my questions and I have it working with my temporary monitor! Thank you so much, I know you said I should've passed but you really helped me a lot and I thank you.
