S2000 barcrest Backlit reels staying on (Bright)

I have a 3 reel 5 line top dollar, Was working perfectly, took reels and shelf out to clean. Now reel lights on 2 and 3 stay lit on bright, game plays perfectly when line hit, lights go out.
Changed out following parts with known working ones Backlit controller, reel harness, I/O board on MPU, I/O to Backlit controller harness. Game still plays perfectly other than lights staying on.
What should i check next ? any and all help appreciated

Check the bulbs. You do not want them to stay on bright. It will melt the housings.

Do the lamps come on instantly when you turn the machine on, or is there a delay of a second or more?
With power off, pull out one reel at a time and see if that helps. Leave the other two plugged in. Of course the machine will have a reel error but that is to be expected.
Check all wiring anywhere near the reel shelf for pinched or cut wires.
Check the lamp sockets etc very carefully for shorts.

 There are multiple bad bulbs... I ordered some 161s to replace them all and see what happens ...should be tomorrow .... will update then ... Thank You

They use 359X bulbs. 161s will be pretty hot. I have seen them melt buttons.

Cancelled my order for 161 and ordered 359x bulbs will be next week to get them

Replaced all bulbs... works perfectly, i would have never thought that having so many bad bulbs would cause others to stay lit
