044 battery drain problem

A great day to All. I have an 044 board for a GK and the battery has been replaced. After installing board, 1-2 days later the machine displays low battery. I noticed that C166 capacitor is damaged/missing from the board. Has anyone come across this issue? If so I was wondering what caused this and should I be testing other components that might have failed causing this capacitor to blow/fail?

I can't tell you the purpose of that capacitor but I will recommend sending your MPU to Lookes. He does awesome repair work and will test everything.
