s2000 tito settings issue

I know this should be simple, I have done tito before but.... Its a 504 board. Machine was working fine with tito and set on free play. Did a clear now no free play with errors. Here is my biggest issue. None of my settings match anything online. Under system bonus is just on or off(not legacy) under voucher is just enable or disable. And a few more that dont match what youtube or tito websites list. It was working so I must be missing settings. Its an older tito with no dip switches

You need to key machine and set it up for tito.

yes, that is what I was trying to do. As I said, my machine settings are not the same as in instructions. I have set up and keyed several times

Not sure I understand.  Which instructions are you trying to use?

Why did you clear and what SG chips do you have?

SG chips are my thoughts too. BUT it was working. AND this is someone elses machine so I should be able to do this. I only cleared because he wanted a different denomination for the machine. I do not know SG until I go back. So you know, I have cleared and keyed over a 100 machines and set up tito before. Wondering if a different than normal key needs to be used. I tried 17 and 31 and one more but dont remember.

Try KEY 45 but I've never seen this before.
