Hi everyone, nice to meet you.
I work in the slot industry in Japan.
My English is not good.
I am using DeepL.

I have been asked to install a casino machine made in a foreign country, but I am having trouble.
Can anyone lend me some wisdom?

The machine, which I believe is a WPS Blade S23? will not start.
First picture (FAULT SAVE COMPLETE)
In the above state, I turned the reset key and rebooted the machine several times and it started up normally only once.

After that, I turned off the power.
When I start up the power again, the above error continues all the time.

Next, I performed a CMOS clear on the motherboard.
Was this something I should not have done?

I ended up with the second picture.

Clear card? does not seem to be included.

I have looked through the forum and can't find a solution.
Can someone please lend a hand?

CMOS clear on motherboard is not something that is usually done. You will need a clear card in order to get the game going again, there is no other way around that.  After the clear the game will boot, but will need to be setup with all the options before the game will play.  You can find many youtube videos on how to setup a blade from scratch.

rickhunter thanks

Additional question.

Can you tell me the appropriate clear card for my machine?
I looked on ebay and there are multiple types and I am having trouble.
Is the clear card named "WMS BB3 Blade s23/s32"?
What does NCLR-000-4011 refer to?

I was able to find some setup instructions on Youtube.
I would like to know if there is a keyword to look up the appropriate video.

The setup for a blade games is the same as the one for a bb2 game, so any of them will work.  The NCLR 4011 will work fine.
