WBA 12/13 Smart Bezel for WMS cable

Does anybody have a picture or pinout of the cable that goes between the smart bezel and the WBA12/13 for a WMS Bluebird machine?  I have the smart bezel, but I don't have the cable to connect it.  I only have a cable to a UBA, which is a different connector type.

This this what you are looking for? This is the one I have in my WMS, but I have no extra one.
