Coin Comparitor test contacts

I'd like to do the Mod for free play but can someone tell me where the test contacts for the coin comparator is located? pic attached.

The coin optic board located just below the coin comparitor usually has a small white pushbutton switch on the left side of the board. Pressing it will put credits on the machine for testing purposes, but as soon as you close the door the test credits will disappear. What "free play" mod are you referring to?

YES!!!  found the little white button. Now can I easily remove the board to solder wires and connect to the "CHANGE" button. or do I have to remove the whole coin validator assembly.  thanks

I cannot answer your question as I have not tried this modification, nor do I endorse it.  I personally think you'd be better off just setting your machine to penny denomination and inserting a $20 every now and then to load up credits, rather than hacking into the wiring of the pseudo coin button and the main door optics.  Alternately, if you don't have a bill validator, you can use special SP chips to tokenize your machine and post large amounts of credits for each coin inserted.

You also need to unplug one of your door optics.
Also you don't need to remove the small switch, just tack solder a wire to each side of it.
I've seen this "free play" mod but have never tried it myself.
It sort of kills the dopamine peaks.

Thanks everyone. basically its gonna be a giant piggy bank. but the free play would be great for family and friends. I put this machine together like it was ready for the casino floor. everything is in place including all the locks and BV. will even be able to hear that coin sound dropping the payout at a low level and then when tired clear it out with the reset key (hand pay), again thanks all.
