Sound issue - Reel spin

Good Day,

I have the slot working well and just have one issue that I cannot seem to remedy. The sound for reel spin does not work. Coin/Credit sounds, reel stop sounds are working fine. The Dip switch 3 is set to ON for reel and stop sounds but it does not work. I turned the volume all the way up but nothing than the hearing the stepper motors. I turned the switch off and tried that and I had another sound chip for the game but same result. Do you think a Clear might make a difference? On some Bally's I have worked on the Dip switches are only read after a clear but I do not see anything to that regard here. Could it have anything to do with the game or reel chip?
Any ideas why the only sound not working would be the spin? This is a IGT S+ Triple Diamond 1994 Round Top.

Push the white test switch until you get a 2-0 push the spin reel and get a 2-1 close the door and see if it works

you probably have a SP1271 chip,  do as Slots4Home instructed, this should fix it.
