Self test setting 7_1 is drop door monitoring enabled - change to 7_0 to disable.

Any error codes on the displays?  with the door closed, if you turn the jackpot reset, does it go into the bookkeeping mode?

any activity if you press the white test button?

fuse caps go bad on these machines all the time, even though the fuse is good.

no error codes.  If I turn the jackpot key the spin reels light illuminates , when I push the spin reels button nothing happens.

Turn the key several times and tell us what the displays say.

Alternatively open the door and hit the white setup button several times and advise us of the displays each step of the way.
