Help with my IGT

Have an IGT Triple CASH machine that is a work in progress.....Gonna that this a step at a time but currently the reels are stopping from left to right instead of right to left anyone have any idea what I need to look at to correct this so I can move on to my next problem.....Someone help please...thanks

They actually are supposed to stop from left to right
And please tell or show us which IGT platform model you have so this thread can be moved to the right topic.
A date of manufacture should be sufficient if you're not sure

I am sorry ...guess I was thinking backwards the reels are stopping right to left.....

When you play or just the maiden spin when you turn the machine on?

If the machine has other issues, I would focus on those first, then we can sort out the reel spin thing. But if you game is playing, doesnt sound like there are many other issues??? I don't know of anyone that's ever had the problem you're having, but doesn't mean it doesn't exist...


Just to be clear here, when we say "Left to Right", we mean the reels STOP with the left most reel stopping first, followed by the middle reel, then the 3rd (most right) reel.

I dont recall, but now that you kention it, i think it may! If the game is operating normally, then ? It could be a jillion things, but since we've never seen a game do that, lets wait until any other kinks are ironed out. If game still does it after all else is working normally, then we'll have a mystery to solve perhaps!

This was driving me crazy also, had to actually go check 1 of my machines.  But upon startup the reels do spin backwards starting with the #3 reel

Yes, done intentionally to differentiate it from an actual paid-for spin.
