Game King 3902 game setup problem with max bet.

I am using a Key chip 40 to clear and add more game denominations. I can't seem to get the max bet back up to 300 to match match my button board in the key chip menu.
When I cleared I did select "clear ram before reboot, Clear E2 and ram before reboot and perform key chip after reboot.
It has worked correctly before with the button denominations matching the number on my buttons for years, when I added the TITO years ago I used a chip 17. Now the best I can come up with is a maximum 150 bet.
My other 3902 game on the little Green Men JR allows the use of three hundred credits which matches it's button numbers, max bet also 300.
What determines how many credits can be can be enabled on the max bet menu?
on another note:
Since the clear I also have not been able to get the TITO to accept vouchers, it does take cash fine.
I also noticed that the TITO on the offending machine awards 1,000$ on a button press and the Little Green men only award 4.00$
So where am I making mistake in the setup in regards to the max bet? i am wishing now that I had just left it alone!!

You need to key it to change it.  Your tito settings are probably wrong too. You can fix them while you have it keyed, don't clear it again.  When you cleared it, it set it back to 150 default max bet.

Thanks for the reply.
I keyed it with a 17 key, results the same. I am not to worried about the TITO at the moment, as using the change key adds 1000$ from the TITO.
How can I get it back to 300 max bet?
The max bet available in the menu is only 150? It  was playing max bet of 300.

Delete the higher denoms you just added one at a time until the 300 choice comes back.  I take it you added higher denoms?

You were correct, I went back to the denominations I had and the max bet made the 300 line reappear.
I discovered that my TITO was working properly, I had forgotten that this machine had a 3000$ limit to the amount it would accept.
