BB 1.5 Game Compatability

I recently installed a BB2 CPU into my BB1 cabinet. Runs great! I still have a 19" screen... not the 22" widescreen. So, my question is.... I want to buy Jackpot Bloc Party and a BB2 version of Super Jackpot Party (and also the new win it again version).... my question is... will they work on the non-widescreen monitor?
Airplane runs great!


P.s. if anyone has those games I'll def buy them!

The win-it-again titles require wide-screen monitors.  Super Jackpot party, at least the original one that I have works on bb1, but the bb2 version should work on 19".  I am 80% sure Jackpot Block Party works on the 19" monitor since it was launched together with airplane which does work on a 19" screen as well.

Thanks for the info. I'll work on obtaining the games. Seems like bb2 games are harder to find, most of them are still in service I assume!

Not sure JBP will work on a 19" screen since the bonus uses the entire 22" screen.

RICK: What version of Super Jackpot Party (Classic) works on BB2?

I am not certain there is one, since the OP mentioned a bb2 version of it, I figure he had a lead on one.  Honestly I've only seen Super Jackpot Party running on BB1 machines in the casinos.

At the new construction casinos here in Maryland (Specifically Maryland Live) they have a row of Airplane, Jackpot Bloc Party, and Super Jackpot Party that I assume are all BB2 machines. At that location when I play SJP the Whack-a-pooper bonus has curtains that extend through the sides of the screen (unlike the bb1 version which just has the guy pull out the pooper game). There are also other subtle differences I've noticed. My assumption is that I would need that version of the game!

If found this program ID in the list of approved firmwares, I'm guessing this is the one for the bb2 SB65-000-1010

What do you mean? "Approved Firmware"? If you have a list of updated games for BB2, please check if High Speed is on the list.....lol
