Worldwide Gaming "DBV to WBA-12SS Upgrade Kit" question

Who in here has done this on their S+ Machine?  I got an uninstalled kit with my machine when I bought it, and I have a few questions that aren't covered in the VERY small install guide.....

Why not contact World Wide Gaming??  If it's their kit, they probably have a better understanding of what goes into it.  You can ask general questions here.  All my S+ machines came with a WBA, so if you have a particular issue and World Wide Gaming is not answering you, post your question here.

I did email their "tech" email address...got bounced back as an invalid email address.  I emailed the other contacts that they list, but haven't heard back song figured I'd try here.  I'll give it some more time

yea...I emailed them earlier in the week..no reply.  I'll try to call tomorrow or Tuesday in case they are off tomorrow....if I don't have any luck after that I'll bother you guys again for help
