Good morning Harvs:
Just a helpful note from my experience working on my Game Kings- I was searching for the same.  However, if you invest in the IGT developer boot chip, you can navigate past all the dreaded flash and SHA errors that pop up during boot.  This allows you to utilize used and re-flashed boards.  It has been really helpful for me.  Would be happy to share if you would like to learn more.

If he is asking for OEM, it is typically because the board will be used on a regulated environment, you cannot use the Dev39 chip on a regulated environment since it has clear and key options and bypasses security checks.
