After Tito installation Issue

Hello all,
I just finished installing a Tito into my IGT S2000 Triple Butterfly Sevens. Install and setting finished with no issues. Tickets print and read just fine. The problem I am having though, is it now seems my machine has gone into granny gear. Everything seems to be running slower. The most noticeable is on a payout count. it counts up at maybe 50% speed as before.
Has anyone seen this kind of activity? Im scratching my head.

You can read more on the subject at the link below, a past thread. Basically what was determined was that your GM1/2 chips are some older version and need to be updated. It’s actually pretty rare to run into this issue nowadays but fortunately the fix is pretty simple.

i read the convo on that link. Thank you for that. I have 363 game 1 and 2 chips right now. i just unplug the Tito board and all goes back to its old self..

I've had a handful of cases where updating the SB chip also fixed the problem.  Triple Butterfly is a pretty old game that was replaced by TD Butterfly 7's.  You might research to see if there is an updated SB compared to the one you have.
