S6000 Wilds - bill collector only and printer will not print tickets

My Bally s6000 will not print tickets. It has a bill validator for imputing credits but when I want to print a ticket it will not print and gives error 32. The. I have to clear ram. Can someone email me or help me figure out what I need to do so I can print out tickets? Even when I hit a big jackpot - it makes lots of noise but doesn’t automatically print a ticket. Idk if it’s jumpers or dips I have to mess with - I’m new to this kind of programming pls help :) I’m also pretty stupid with messing boards so if someone replies I hope I get a notification cuz I prb won’t find this thread again lol

Go into 11d menu and change options. DO NOT change any dip switches

option 56 set to 8000 credit limit (default is 800)
option 61 set to  002 for printer

I can print the tickets now - how do I make the machine accept the tickets so I can play off that money?

You will need 2005 and newer mains U28 and U43. If you do not have newer mains, check with NLG member RB. Message him.
