I picked up a Bally S6000 Party Spin...
The SMI chips on the board are 2190   (U18, U20)

According to the spreadsheets I've found here, they should be 2714

2190 says
Monte Carlo   20.72%  87.99%  10000 coins

2714 says
Party Spin     8.56%   89.98%  20000 coins

What does this mean?

What does 20.72% compared to 8.56% mean?  The higher the hit rate, the less likely it will hit jackpot   or is it the other way around?

The hit rate is for any win. It would have more small wins to make a higher hit rate while maintaining the payback percentage.   I am on the road today, but if nobody answers the other questions before I return,  then I will look it up.
Please post a picture.   How many pay lines, 1 or 5?   Etc

here are the various smi for the 3cb Party Spin. same software for the Monte Carlo Spin and Win...  There may be different games out there such as 5 line.

Thank you for that information.

A local casino has had a $1/5 line Cash Wheel (double, double, double) with a progressive that has been growing for the last 15+ years.   It is currently around $350k.   Playing it over the years, it is a good machine that I feel pays out too much to ever hit the progressive (or any of the other jackpots on the game) and that is why it has grown so high.  Assuming they haven't changed the machine, or cleared it... I'll give them the benefit of that doubt.
What is your (anyone's) guess on what SMI this is using?


At the same time, they have a bunch of blazing 7 $1  1 line, 3 credits that go anywhere from $1000 - $1500.   They are tight.  Eat $100 bills like nothing.

They also have the Double Blazing 7's, shit ton.  $1, 1 line, 3 credit.  Tight as hell.  I see them go as high as $13k

I like these machines.   Some good classic games.
