Bill acceptor on bally s6000 Monte Carlo

Hi, I have a s6000 monte carlo, I have done reset with chips, Game resets I have no error codes, But Green arrows on bezel light up for approx 10 seconds then red circle with line through it comes on.  I open the door everything resets as normal green arrows come on then off and red light comes on. I have chipped game again and still the same, Any help would be great...Thanks  And it is a wba  Acceptor resets as normal.

Are ds2 #5 on and #6 Off?? Make sure the coin mech switch is up on the board. If ds2 settings are not correct switch them and the clear again. Scott

Hi yes 5and6 are off and switch is in up mode.  I have chipped several times still the same arrows are green 10 seconds later red circle pops up.  I have other machines i will try another board.

I would try a different WBA if you have one

I have tried about 6 of them and still the same.

ds2 #5 is supposed to be on and #6 is off, not both off .

I have done that mode also on the # 2 dip and does not correct the problem. I tried a different board and still the same. It might be something in the wiring.

Did you do a complete clear after setting ds2 #5on and #6 off?
