Try eBay or post more of a description and maybe someone will have what you need. There are
hundreds of different payout glasses.

Start off by giving us a model number and a picture of you machine.

Rudy's also has a lot of glass for sale, and they usually include the glass dimensions in their description so you can make sure it will fit.

Your going to have to produce more information.. Is your machine a fruit machine, or Bar/7 machine? Some Bar/7 machines had cherries too.. If you have a picture of the glass your looking for is helpful, But we need model numbers for one thing...
Please remember to make a donation to NLG for mine/our help in repairing your machines problem.. Your donations help keep this site on line.
And remember...
If it's jammed, force it.. If it breaks, it needed to be replaced anyways...

One possibility would be to make a clone. You can take a hi-res picture of the original glass, clean up the blemishes in Photoshop and create a 1:1 image. Then you can send it to a lab which will make a transparency.

Once you get the full size transparency, sandwich it between a piece of clear plexiglass and a white semi-opaque piece of plexiglass, totaling the thickness of the original glass.
Place it in the frame and you're all set.

Remember to over-saturate all of the colors when in Photoshop, so when light passes thru the transparency, it will look right. I have done this with a few E series machines to customize the machine, including the belly glass. You can make both the reel glass and the belly glass from one 24 in. x 24 in. transparency - cost is around $50 for the transparency, so it would be the ideal way to customize your machine.

Here is one I did that was similar to yours:

Here is another project, showing both the payout glass and the belly glass done with a transparency print:

Where did you get your transparencies made?

I send my artwork in jpg or "large document format" (.psb) to this online lab:

http://order.mimosadigital.com/NexJobPage.asp?Id=50&itemname=Large+Format+Transparencies

Layout a 24 x 24 transparency. You can fit the belly glass and top glass on the same transparency, along with other smaller transparencies (coin denom, coin-in legend, etc.).

Always over-saturate the solid colors as they tend to thin out once the backlight is turned on. Then use a semi-opaque white layer behind the transparency to diffuse the light.

They work really good once you get everything in place.

I have photoshop, but I'm not sure how to over-saturate a color.  How is that done?
BTW, thanks for the link to the lab!

Open your image. Go to:
Image >
Adjustments >
Hue and Saturation

And select the specific color, then move the saturation level up.

Or you can use
Image>
Adjustments >
Curves
and select the overall saturation with the slider.
