IGT AVP (Including G20,G23) / Re: Trimline door open m notification

Hi.

My trimline still has 'DOOR OPEN M' notification and it won't go away when door is closed alhough I/O card, PCB and backplane and distribution board has been replaced.

Switches has been tested and those are working as should.

There are two switches in the cabinet for the front door and 6 wires are connected to those. Any idea to which sockets/pins those goes?

WTB....Hi Everyone, I have an IGT S3000 "Pinball" slot. I'm looking for the front vertical LED strips that are on the left and right edges.  I have no part as I have no parts diagram (would love one of those, too!).  Any one know I can find these?

A new kit would be the BV, cashbox housing, cashbox and yes, the necessary harness. You would most likely need to do a ram clear.

Has anybody mentioned that a persistent 61 error can also be caused by a defective 24C04 EEPROM mounted on the backplane?
This is why the board worked fine in another game. And why the board mostly worked in the original game when put back in.
Some of the second game settings on the board stuck in memory when the board was returned.

What a can of worms. I am trying to figure out what is the correct one for a S-Plus. Some have spikes on the back side, some are low on the top, Some are in different positions for the coin to drop left, right, center..

For what it's worth, there was more than one type of S+ cabinet. You have an early S+ machine which has different buttons, and potentially different coin entries from S+ machines that were produced later in the run. ...and of course there were slant top machines too.
