Did you power up the machine while holding down the reset button on the CPU board? That should clear the memory and reset the board back to default settings.

Try this in the following order:
1) Power up the machine while holding down the CPU Master Reset button. Hold the reset button down for about 5 seconds then release.
2) Place the coin hopper back in the machine.
3) Push the yellow reset button one time.
4) Close the main door.
5) Turn the door key to the locked position.
6) Take a picture of the codes on the door LED display and post.

I am setting up a machine to donate to a cancer benefit  that I replaced the CPU board and the IO board
I could use some advice on setup, it is essentially doing a game change, but after clearing 3 way memory using 4.04.13, reinstalling U7 and U11 of the game software,
power back up , it lists a series of errors watchdog, memory error Game EPROMs changed, ,memory error game machine options, Jurisdiction machine options, EEPROM CRC mismatch  then I turn the audit key and am stuck with the Blue screen  displaying
Cannot clear static RAM and game cannot be played
EEPROM error... run setchip

I do have several versions of set chips
I will add several pictures shortly
Thank you for any help you can give me to get over this hurdle !!!

Front reel glass replaced with NOS from Azslot. It's absolutely stunning.  :thank_you:

The pieces that were taped into place in the old reel glass were a PITA to clean the tape off, all of the three were IGT factory original with the numbers.  :banghead:

Hello everyone! I've long known about the forum but am just now joining! I've had some IGT in the past, but they've always been sold for one reason or another! I just got this guy today working 100% and am pretty excited - but I know nothing about WMS machines, so I'd love to learn more about what I purchased!

Additionally - my grandma's favorite game is China Shores - can that be added to this machine for her to play for awhile? Grandpa is in the hospital so I'd love to help keep her occupied!

After doing a lot of switching around between different MPU boards and different game chips. I have in fact confirmed that the sound chip in U49 must be there for sound to work regardless of which game chip is used. I do, in fact, need a sound chip. I will shoot you an email RB.

I have a few if you need one. You can borrow one from another board and confirm that it will make your board work.

IGT I-Game and Game King / IGT 3902 Board sound issues
« Last post by dunginhawk on Yesterday at 02:15:13 PM »
Good afternoon..
I have a new to me 3902 board IGT multi game machine... It works well, Im happy overall, but the volume is CRAZY loud.
In the volume settings i have all of them set to the lowest possible (while still being audible) and when the bonus goes off in a slot its so lout it rattles the walls.
Even a normal video poker shuffle/BING sound is too loud.

There is no way to make it quieter in the settings.  Is there a hi-pot or anything on a board somewhere to edit this?
I dont know what else to do.

Thanks team

I'm using Sp1137. Sounds like it needs the U49 chip.
