Bally Reel Dice not reseting to the zero swicth

Hello folks, Happy New Years.
 I recently picked up a single coin Reel Dice machine. Having a problem getting the payout counter to reset. Even if I manually reset it ,that will be it, a handle pull will not reset. Checked the "B" switches and the seem to be fine. Checked the floating switch at the front of the PO counter. Also the winning meter is not resetting, but it did work a couple of days ago. Hope this enough info to start some tech support, if not i will send more info

is that the australian version of the game ... model 942?

model 935 was a multiple coin game, so it had an odds unit, odds follower unit and the top glass was different.

the 935 didn't have a win meter.

typical games with a win meter used two reel mech B switches to reset the win meter and payout counter, but the payout counter zero switch was common to both.   Try jumpering the zero switch to eliminate flaky contacts.  If that's ok, the most likely thing is the plug connections.  Check for cruddy male pins or female pins pushed back in the socket.

the usual wire color going from the zero switch to the reel mech B switches is 78-1 (orange/black), so look for that wire on the hopper and reel plugs if it's also on the zero switch.

Not sure about the version, the only ones I've seen doing research were 5 coin, the upper cab is totally empty

Jumper worked for a correct low pay, PO counter reset, win meter reset, Thank you

As as now ,I closed the Zero switch distance, and dialed down the zero bumper adjustment. Everything is resetting and paying correctly.
Haven't tried the big win ,which before cause a runaway. keep you posted ,thanks guys
