Any advice on what is causing the picture to be all distorted as seen in the photo? :duh:

If you are not getting eprom checksum errors, then it's usually the ram on the mpu video.  You probably need a new mpu board.

Remove and reinstall your MPU 
The connectors on the back of the MPU some
times need a removal and reinstall to restore the connection.

rickhunter Thanks for your reply, any idea where I can get a new board I am located in QLD Australia. Cheers.Paul Thanks I have tried that a number of times and still no luck, I am thinking this is the problem as when I move the board around the screen flickers
