Change 25 cent decal on slant top reel glass

  I have a IGT S Plus slant top machine. I was hoping someone could tell me what I need to do to change out the 25 cent decal at the bottom middle of the reel glass. The one in my machine is really stained from something.
  I know you have to raise the main door. It looks like there is a metal piece that goes over part of that decal. Does that metal piece with the 3 nuts on it have to come off?
  Any hints or easy way to replace this decal?

  I got the 25 cent decal changed out. It's not real hard but the decal is up underneath the frame that holds the glass in a little. Also under the two pieces next to it on both sides just a little bit. I took the bracket that goes across in front of the fluorescent bulb off. Then I removed the bulb for better access. Then I loosened the three nuts on the metal bracket that holds the bottom of the glass in. I took a flat head screwdriver and carefully loosened that bracket up a little bit. Then I took a real thin micro ruler and slide between the decal and the rubber on the bracket to break it free. Then I was able to slide the decal out. I cleaned the area where the decal goes with isopropyl alcohol then with windex. It took a little persuading to get the new decal to slide under everything but not bad. I got it lined up good and then retaped it with invisible scotch tape. It looks good.
 I might take some pics and post them showing this area later.
The new decal looks a lot better in person than it does in the pic. With the lights on behind it and the flash from the camera it kinda washed the color out. It does not look like that in person.

  While doing this I realized my bottom reel bulb was not lighting like it should.  So I switched the two fluorescent starters and the problem moved with the starter. The starter is a FS-U starter but I dont have any of the Universal starters. What was the original starters in the S Plus machines? I might have one of them or be able to get one locally.

sixcardmark, Thanks for the reply.  Am I correct that you can use the FS-U starters on any of the fluorescent lights that use a starter?

 The FS-U is a universal starter that can be used on a 4W-30W lamp.
