Screen resolution maybe?  I'm running 1920 X 1200 and it looks fine.

Yes, it is a screen resolution thing. If your using IE you can hit Ctrl  - and make the screen smaller. Then it will show as Tilt posted. Me I'm half blind after 50 so I use Ctrl + to make it bigger  :nerd:

I don't want to make the text smaller. It's already too small at 100% (which is when it shows up like that). The screen wrap for the top line is just set wrong. It will wrap if you make the window a bit smaller.
 
I do realize that  "NewLifeGames.com is optimized for use with Firefox and a minimum screen resolution of 1600 x 900 pixels" but 1600 is still not a very popular resolution on laptops.
 
BTW, this must be a recent change because it was fine before.

I tighten up my resolution too to fix it but it's too small for these tired old eyes.  Using Firefox on a Maverick OS Mac BTW.

I don't see an admin button but I'm thinking I am not supposed to have that.  I do see the other 2 at the top of the screen.

Not sure what category to post this. If you play the arcade game 12swap (play until no more moves version) After a while the game ends with a "Thank you for playing the trial" There are some buttons that say stuff like "Play more", but they all take you to porn sights like this.

Minor issue. The color scheme in the classifieds seems messed up. Instead of alternating colors to differentiate the posts or having a contrasting border, this is what I see. Sort of hard to visually tell which post the picture of the slot machine goes to as the one before and after show up as the same color.

I know  joey has sent countless hours on this new site along with many Sr. members.  :hail:    But I have to give my observations or 2 cents. These comments may or may not be feasible.  :propeller: 
Maybe after we are up full time with all other members you will be eliminating many of the information panels in the center of the home page and increase the number of new posts and new topics post. Hopefully this might help in the time delays. I know all the other items on the home page is icing on the cake but I thought our main mission was to help on the many questions we get and have a little fun with our hobby and site. I honestly think where is way to much on the home page as it looks very very busy. The posts ought to be close to number one and near the top of the home page, all other icings placed on the side and under the posts.
OK Joey, you can knock me off my soap box. :soapbox_3:

What I am saying is already part of the main page code
it shows both the 15 last or recent posts and 15 Top Topics default settings or a value Joey picked.
what I am suggesting is to eliminate the section for the recent posts and increase the number of Top topics
in other words think of the board just showing the Top Topics and not showing the last 15 posts
They would end up being part of the Top topics from what I can tell anyways
As it is now the database is being queried 2 times to create the 15 recent post and 15 top topic sections.
Since the Top topics would cover the most recent posts anyways from what I can see.
