Reel touch top monitor problem

The top monitor on my reel touch does not work. I have another working machine that I can swap parts with but I don’t know where to start. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The monitor doesn’t appear to power up at all.

Start with the power supply behind the top box.
Swap that first then if that doesn't work post back here.

Thanks for the fast response!  On initial power up the neon lights come on briefly than nothing on the screen. I’m guessing that’s a good sign. Should I still replace power supply?

Reseat all of the top box plugs.
I would still try the power supply.
2 screws and three plugs pretty easy.

Turns out it was the upper battery. Now I have this error. Not sure what to do?
Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:
\windows\system32\config\system

Doesn't look good for the hard drive.
Bios 1 or 2. Bios 2 starts with yellow and green Energy monitor. Bios1 starts with red white and blue finger.

Isn't there a setup process with a keyboard plugged in that you have to go through after changing the battery in the topbox?

Yes but you should not get that error message
It would say MPU speed clock not set etc.
