I just picked up a GK tonight.
I believe it has a 044 board  part number 75704403


With a Memory daughter board on 768228601 256 meg GK002062. 2006


Boot Chip GKB00034
1-4002
2006


It has a Call Attendant. Coin out  jam. So it looks like the hopper is enabled.


Not sure what Key Chip to use. From what I am reading a Key 28 chip?

GK2062 is Wolf Run but your game could have been reflashed. Key 28 will work. Verify that the hopper is enabled. A bad door I/O can also cause that error. A 39 boot chip is a better alternative to a key 28. Put it in, leave it in, clear & key functions are built in.

Thanks ...There is no hopper in the machine just a printer. Do I still need to enable the hopper.


I have a 28 key. Is the boot 39,worth picking up?

No but you need to look at the setup to verify that it's not currently enabled. If it is that's probably the reason for your error. I have boot chips available as well as a clear card for your Bally GM.

Thanks when I get home I will take a look at it. I do have a 28 key chip.
Is there a way to test the IO board on the door?  I did see that the machine has some diagnostics built in.


I have a 3902 GK and this is my first o44 GK do I pull the Boot GKB00034=and insert the key chip
