IGT S2000 Double Diamond Deluxe not nudging correctly

Not sure if in the right place but........my reel 3 diamond is nothing moving to the pay line when it should and nothing is paying out when it should.  any ideas how to resolve?

Are you saying the third reel isn't moving at all? 

Make a video or describe your problem better please or you will get a million questions.


Post the numbers that are on your reel strips and the numbers that are on the labels on the chips on the MPU.

Turn off the power switch whenever you are removing or installing the MPU.

We WILL get your machine running the way you want it to.

What's the history behind the machine?  How did it get like that?  Sounds to me like you have the wrong base chip or your reels are not in the right order.

Thanks for quick response!  I am new to this.  Just bought the machine.  Everything worked fine until I got a Reel 3 tilt error.  I looked that up and cleared it.  Then the 3 reel strip started to come off.  I put it back on and it worked for like 2-3 times.  Now, the 3 reel (far right) will either: 1.  not payout if something lands on it that should or 2: the diamond goes the different direction from the payline.  tried you upload video but to big.  lmk if that doesn't make sense and thanks again

Sounds like the strip is not allinged.

Power off. Put your index finger on the right edge of the basket. Spin the reel with your other hand until you feel a little indexing mark rubs across your finger. There should be one mark one the left outside edge. The cutouts on the reel strip goes there.

You can look at one of the other reels just above the overlap you will find the indexing marks.

3M double sided tape works well to keep them together. Might need goof off to remove old adhesive. Then use window cleaner to remove residual stuff. Cut the tape in half along the length and just a little shorter that the width of the reel strip. Put the sticky side of the tape on the backside and top of the reel strip. Leave paper. Put the strip back on and once your right at end pull the paper off the tape. Then press them together.

Some backlit reel strips (usually black backside) don't like liquids.
