Konami Advantage 5 reel error

Hello together,

hopefully somebody could help. A friend of mine has a Konami Advantage 5 reel machine. It comes up normally, but then goes into a "reel error" (please see the pictures) for all 5 reels. While booting up, the reels are spinning for a short moment, so i assume that there is something wrong with the backlit LED´s. Do you have an idea what could be the issue? Thanks a lot for any help.

Usually its just one of the reel led boards that gives you that error.

So even if there is only one board faulty the machine gives an error for all 5 reels? If so, how could i find out which board is faulty?

On the screen where it says call attendant is it saying the error is for all the reels or just one like your picture shows?

It shows that error screen for all 5 reels (Top-Middle-Bottom) successively. I only sent it for reel 2 (Top) as an example. On the other picture it shows the error for all reels (Top-Middle-Buttom).
Is there a reel controller board behind the reel units? Maybe that one is faulty?

Ive only had that error on one reel only.
Being the error is on all the reels I would guess like you said that there is probably a reel controller board that may be bad.
