CRT not working Game King just delivered need advise please

just got a GAME KING delivered, it powers through the boot, cycles the validator, but no video at all, crt is cold and blank. blinking lower candle blue, DBA won't accept money.
no touch sounds. three buttons light but once I reset jackpot they go out. machine just idles in some suspended mode. I have pulled boards and replugged them as well as monitor carriage. next to the self test button which does nothing audibly there are 3 white leds lit. in the monitor carriage on what looks like the touch module a red led is lit. it came motor freight from an Ohio Dealer Friday eve so tech support unavail until monday. gift for the wife and it is screwing me up not having it working! not sure of the version it is the 31 games, 3 denom model not the latest 6.2 or whatever.

Got the same exact problem with one I had shipped to me from California a few weeks ago.
Same symptoms almost exactly.
I've ordered a new Power Supply and 3902 Board for mine and we'll go from there.
I'll follow this post and update it as I figure out what's wrong with mine, it may help you figure out what's up with yours.

tech support believes it is the crt that crapped in shipping and they are sending me a new one. hopefully that is the issue.
blinking blue candle they say is normal for door open and will go out after some play.

Have you gone through all the plugs and boards to be sure nothing worked it's way loose during shipping?
