I'm trying to help a friend out with this. He says he has tried 3 different sets of software and BIOS and jurisdiction are installed.

It appears to be some kind of hardware failure.  Linux is trying to init a driver and the hardware is not responding.  Has he tried a different mpu?

There is a cabinet identification jumper on the backplane. I have gotten that error when the jumper was missing. I will see if I can take a pic of one. Mine would be from S32, same jumper but the location might be off a little

So here is the pic of the cabinet id jumper location on an S32 or S23. I was thinking if yours is a first generation blade you probably have the small 3.2 mpu not the 3.2.2 or 3.5.x and I can't remember if the back plane in those have this jumper or not. The error though is synonymous with the jumper missing in the newer equipment so it would seem it would be the general issue. The cabinet serial number is registered to the nvram of the back plane. If the jumper isn't the issue maybe something is preventing the serial from clearing with a ram clear as it looks like the error is duplicated 15ish times with different serial numbers. Just a though, hope it helps.
**Error reading second baseboard id would be serial number to back plane assignment issue.
