But I don't think that is your issue. BV stopped after receiving a different MPU. I think the gray wire has to be moved to work with the board you now have. Not sure which pin it has to go to? Right now this is where the gray wire is located. This has become a nightmare. 3

Universal Reel/Video Games / Re: Replacement NIMH BATTERY?« Last post by 61Wally on Yesterday at 07:21:24 PM »I removed the resistor and installed battery everything was working great. I Actually built up credits and played for hours. I unplugged the machine to move it and when I plugged it back in and turned it On, Only Fluorescent lights came on. It appears I’ve lost the lower Voltage(s), Nothing comes to life. No door buzzer, display. I don’t have any schematics for this machine, Any suggestions where to start my troubleshooting?

MEI Mars Bill Validators / Re: MEI Bill validator« Last post by Tperna on Yesterday at 07:20:54 PM »To Stayouttadabunker, you are the greatest machine fixed, I replaced that card with one that showed almost no depression on those two and works great. Iam having another issue though when I run the machine on with the switch sometimes it doesn’t come on, I turn it off and on several times and it then comes on. It acts like it’s trying to come on sometimes with the lights flicker on the board.
I tried replacing the off/on switch with another from a known working machine with no charge. Pulled and reset the power supply. No change. Not sure what else to try. Thanks again for all your help getting it to give credits when accepting bills, you’re the greatest. Thanks Todd 9

I have a few books and I will look into the dip switch settings. Which dip switch settings are you talking about the MPU or Bill Validator? |
