Hi, I have a Bally S2000 with a WBA-13-SS bill validator. All was working well, then, even though the "ready to accept bill" lights are on, it will not take anything. Tested it in standalone mode and it works fine, but once I put it back in normal mode and place the cash box back in place, on next boot everything appears normal, until I close the machine door. The validator does it normal cycling, but within a few seconds after I close the door, the motor make a very quick sound/movement, and even though all lights are normal, it won't accept bills. Weird that it works perfect in standalone mode. The cash box is cleaned up and fits snuggly in the box framework as always, and everything has been cleaned up. I know enough to be dangerous but feel like there is some issue with cashbox alignment or the inner workings of the cash box causing this, but have no idea what to look for. Every now and then Ill hear the validator cycle and when it does it starts accepting again, until next power cycle. Any thoughts or ideas of what to check next?? Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions.
