blade (bb3) reels issue "bad optic band reel" on 1 2 and 3 at the same time

when i power up i get to the setup menu and set the machine up like normal after doing a clear. when the game initalizes the reels home like they are supposed to but when they try to goto there final positions after initalizing the reels crash. when opening the door i get the errors in the picture. does anyone know how to fix this issue or what is wrong?

You may to change the optic bands on the reel baskets...there's a few different colored ones.
Somewhere there's a sheet that tells you which color bands are needed for certain reel games.

What reel game are you trying to load?

3 reel prices is right. the band on these baskets are orange. which is definately not for price is right.

what other color bands are there?
