Gave up on my MEI Cashflow, trying TITO only instead, still no luck

I am trying to set up my M9000 American Original to work without a bill validator or tickets (missing printer) I cleared the machine, installed the TITO unit inside & have it plugged into the 110 service outlet and the other connector into the backplane at Comm 1. Set all the settings after the clear, I entered no printer, no comparitor, no hopper & no BillVal. Sst up the TITO by following the YouTube video & saved all my settings & pressed exit/return to game. I close the main door and the red service button is lit as is my insert bills/tickets bezel & it's in ready to play mode with no errors showing on the screen. I press the service button on the deck to try to add credits and that light goes out & no credits are added (I think it's supposed to add 10.00 in credits everytime I press that service button but I'm getting nothing. I open the main door to look at the TITO board and I have 3 red LEDs on and 2 smaller green LEDs on. Can someone tell me what I can do to make this button add credits please? Thanks in advance

You may be able to send that one back to Bettor Slots to be reprogrammed for a small fee.

If you set accounting denomination to $1.00 instead of .01, you will get $1,000 added.  The credits added are based on accounting denomination.
