Mechanical reel device errors and not configured


It’s been fighting me for 2 months now.
I’ve cleared and reprogrammed a dozen times
I’ve replace 2/3 boards the 3rd is still on order.
I’ve asked once for help here already and got zero response so I’m trying again.
Call or FaceTime me and show me what I’m doing wrong.

I think this might sound 'reel' stupid, have you moved the USB cable to a different spot?
A buddy got some 'reel' errors and it cleared up moving the USB cable to a different spot...
I believe the USB cable goes to the 'reel' board?

I have scrapped my share of stubborn Alphas! Some are just not worth the frustration...

I’ve moved it to the other slot on the MPU with no change.
Thinking I might go but a new cable today and try that.

have you tried another mpu?  You might have bad usb ports?
