Reel Winner Bonus Wheel Noise

New to the group here. Sorry for any nomenclature butchering as I am not familiar with some of the parts yet. I have an Alpha 2 Reel Winners we had to take the topper off to relocate which involved taking off the bonus wheel to access the topper mount. Now after reassembling when the bonus/cash wheel spins there is terrible hum/vibration. I took off of the LED bezel, and the plastic spin piece that mounts to the motor and checked tightness of everything. It appears it may be coming from the spin motor or mount, but not sure. There does not appear to rub or make contact during the spin. When I manually rotate the spin motor it is has small clicks that seem like teeth engaging which I am not sure is normal or not.  Wheel spins fine, and there are no errors...yet. Any ideas?

During startup in slow mode the stepper motors are noisier. During a normal spin in play mode , Is it quieter?

It is the exact opposite. Quiet on bootup and loud as heck on bonus spin during game. There are two plates the have wiring harnesses attached above the monitor that I though might be the culprit, but I put some foam back to isolate them and that did not fix the sound. I tightened up the outer plastic bezel and slightly loosened the nuts on the denomination ring. Still no luck.
