I ran the clear procedure and now I am working through 2 issues. 

1.  There is no upper display, it doesn't seem to be working.  I have tried a new inverter board in it with no luck.  Seems I may need to find a replacement for a Wells Gardner WGF1590-MSPS72E.  If anyone has one or an inexpensive alternative, please let me know.

2.  With an external monitor setup, I am still trying to configure/setup the machine to confirm there are no other major problems.  I get to a point where the reels spin continuously and the display says call attendant.  I am trying to press the white test button to get into the setup menu, but it does not seem to do anything.  Am I doing something wrong?

What happens if you set the hopper limit to 80? 

I have 3  Bally V32 machines @ $1400 a piece  they have  all worked and sat for 3 years and  I replaced all of  with new battery's and    now need  to be reprogram and one needs a small harness connector  to the Bill validator box i misplaced so that one is only $1350    I have a brand new TiTO packages purchased  and they are ready to install .I prefer to have these picked in near Los Angeles  CA. I have Quick Picks ,Roulette and Breeders cup .if you want to use your own software they would be only $1300 a piece.

Your machine has an SB001000 and an S+ 97% SS chip on it.  You need either a different SS chip or the correct SB chip and the correct key chip to change payout %.  Key 17 is for game king.
