spare part

hi guys need a part as spares in England are as rare as rocking horse **** been scouring ebay but no luck can anyone help its only a simple part if you look at the photo the teeth are worn and is failing to step up this is from a continental if you can help can pay you by paypal

Mark all my stuff is in storage I am getting ready for my 2500 mile  move  the house cleared escrow I got the check I'm on vacation for a week then I'm going I figured give me a month if you can't find one I'll ship you one all you going to pay me is postage sounds good dude

Mark. I might have that part out ont shed. I think I have a whole top feature unit. How many V notches are on that nylon gear? Looks like more then 6.  I know I have 2 & 3  coin ones, but I don't think they would work.

If only a portion of this part is being used. It might be possible to rotate this part, file a new flat spot in the appropriate location and you're good to go.

The pictures looks like there are 2 seperate gears. One fine tooth, the second one is used to every 5 clicks to reset the safety time on larger jackpot to keep machine paying out. Is it possible to get pictures of the gears from the side? Is this from the hopper?

Pretty gnarly.  Time to replace, yep.
This is your hopper payboard gear, yes?
If not, you can probably flip it and re-use...if it's a top unit gear, but it looks like a 100 tooth hopper part only.

sorry guys should have said, yes this is from a hopper and it does have 2 gears but it does separate so the bottom one would do, there has been some sort of repair to it
looks like someone has cut a quarter part of a gear off and bolted it to the rear of it I have moved this to beside the broken teeth part but it counts round to fifty and wont go past the broken teeth i
would like to replace it
will visit vegas one day I will need to bring an empty suitcase for spares to take home!!!!!

Ok, so its not the feature unit. I think I have a counting unit from a wide body EM that should have the same 100 tooth gear. Those would also be in the shed.

If you're real handy you might be able to take a triangular file to it and make a few teeth.  They would be shallower but MAY work.  No guarantees, but in a pinch I would try it.  I think the linkage might accommodate a deeper cut, but really don't know.
As parts get scarce we will either modify stuff or maybe make 3-d printer parts...?

Did you ever find this 100 tooth part nylon gear? I have a few NOS ones, that I bought from WICO way before they went out of bussiness.
