3200 code after hitting the cash out button or hitting a jackpot.

Got my machine working and the last thing I need to change is the setting on this S-Plus slot machine. When I got this it was set-up at a site where the hopper was removed (and not needed) and when the player would cash-out or hit a jackpot, the machine would lock up and attended would hand-pay them - then he would use the rest key to erase the credits and put the machine back to normal play. This will lock up weather you cash-out or hit a jackpot. I know there is a setting either on the Dip switch or in the settings that will allow you to just hit the key once and not get the 3200 code (and in my case I'm not using a hopper). I'm getting that code every time and it needs to be set like it was before or changed to be used for home play. I'm assuming that after using the clear chips the machine reverts back to the factory setting. So how do I avoid the 3200 and whats the procedure for fixing this?

For starters, we need to know what SP chip is in your machine.  Some SP chips can be programmed to do what you need, others can't.  Also, some use the DIP switches, some don't.
