S2000 with TITO issues

i have several S2000 machines with WBA12/13 printer and Gen2 was well..what else is needed to get the TITO to function..Went to  the TITO settings and set everything up right ..The slip goes in and it will read in test mode but not in play mode..It will take the tickets in and after a few seconds it will spit it out..could it be something in the network setting that i am overlooking..One machine came with a TITO printer and 3  i added it  but neither one will put credits on the machine ..Help

You need to buy a TITO board.  TITO works based on validation of the ticket (that's why the machines say validating ticket). You need something to validate the ticket, and that is what a TITO board does. Look up Bettor TITO, he is one of our sponsors and has great support on his products.

issues with a 5 reel S2000

i am having TITO issues with my S2000.At first it would not even see the tickets I found a calibrator card  on line and recalibrated it and it will see the ticket now..Here is the issue when i program the machine for TITO the printer will go off line and still the machine will not process the ticket and credit the machine and when i take the TITO offline the printer will work...I put the ticket in and it will see it and try to validate it (it can't with the TITO offline)..the programing is right checked it several time and had a slot tech check it as well..its a new Betto TITO card..We think it could be the comm.card in where the power supple is bad..We changed it out and the problem is still there..Any ideas..thanks

If the tickets are not working, where did those tickets come from?  Post a photo of the ticket you are trying.  The tickets need to be printed by a Bettor Tito board (or ones that works like it) for the machine to accept the ticket.

There printed on a bettor Tito all of my machines have the same Tito cards in them..I can put the same ticket in all my machines and it will work but this one

What happens to the problem machine if you swap a known good TITO unit into this one?
Of course,only try this with the machines powered down before swapping.
I'd like to see if it's the TITO board or the problem machines' settings...
Also vice/versa....stick the problem Tito into a good machine and see if it works?

The only known good variables you have right now is a good ticket to test with and other known good working TITO machines.

The TITO board is fine then.
Something is either not programmed correctly in the set-up or there's a bad comm cable somewhere...
I'd be swapping comm cables after checking set-up programming.
Might be a loose/pushed back pin in the harnesses?
Check/inspect  :sherlock: all the connection pins that the TITO's plug into carefully as possible with a magnifying glass.

I will check it again . It’s strange that it takes bills and when I have it programmed for Tito the display reads validating ticket so it reading the ticket but not crediting the machine..I will check the wiring
